Terms of Service

Retro Shot Studioz provides professional photography and videography services on location in Potchefstroom and surrounding areas. All sessions are conducted at agreed upon locations. We do not operate a physical studio.

All bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp or direct message. A 50% deposit is required to secure your session date. The remaining 50% is due immediately after the shoot. Payments are made via EFT to our provided banking details. Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received and proof of payment has been sent.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable. If weather conditions prevent the shoot from taking place, we will reschedule to the next available date at no additional cost.

Sneak peek images (1 to 2 selected edits) will be delivered within 24 hours of the session. The full edited gallery will be delivered within 48 hours via an online gallery link. Videography projects may require additional time depending on the scope and will be communicated upfront.

All images and videos remain the intellectual property of Retro Shot Studioz. Clients receive a personal use license upon delivery. You may share, post, and print your images for personal and non-commercial use. Commercial use requires written permission. We reserve the right to use delivered work in our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing before the session.

Additional edited images beyond what is included in your package are available at R30 per image. Requests for additional edits must be made within 14 days of gallery delivery.

Retro Shot Studioz is not liable for unforeseen circumstances that may affect the shoot, including but not limited to equipment failure, extreme weather, or venue restrictions. In the event that we are unable to deliver the agreed services, a full refund will be issued.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
